HentexCover - Warranty Claims
At Hentex Outdoor Leisure Products, Inc. we stand behind the materials and workmanship of our products. We wish to instill complete confidence when purchasing a product from us.
Our Warranty Coverage:
Hentex Warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty period beginning from the date of purchase and runs for three years. Once a defect in materials or workmanship has been determined by us, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product. Our warranty is non-transferrable and is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Our warranty policy provides for the repair or replacement of the product and does not include a refund of the purchase price, tax, or shipping charges.
What our warranty does not cover:
Our Products are manufactured using the highest quality materials and manufacturing techniques. We stand behind our products, but there are things that are not covered. We encourage carefully reading and reviewing our policies so as to set reasonable expectations for our products. Things not covered are: Normal wear from usage, improper care, alteration, weather related damage(i.e. damage from high wind conditions), abuse, misuse, and acts of god and also include:
Chafing or Scratching – caused by dirt and dust combined with wind.
Fading – Natural reaction to suns UV rays.
Water resistance – Our fabrics are highly water resistant, yet breathable allowing moisture present in the air that condenses under the cover to escape as it evaporates. If standing water is allowed to sit on fabric, it will seep through. We recommend the use of a tenting device (placing something under the cover to create a sloping surface allowing water to run off).
Staining – Our covers clean easily. Staining from environmental sources is not covered.
